64DD and Super Mario 64
A member (Jimmy130) of 64DD.net brought this to my attention:
(Shadow or someone else, could you please translate this, as my Spanish isn't all that stellar anymore, although I got the gist of it)

Holy crap!
Is this as big as I'm assuming it is? And by that, I mean has there ever been any previous proof of M64 on disk?

Well it states that the game was just the same, and as far as my spanish alows me to go it mentions loading times.

Perhaps someone just figured out how to hack some ROMs to run on the 64DD? It shouldn't be that hard for alot of games.

i have that issue, not with me at the moment.
at the time Mexico's club Nintendo was pretty good keeping up with the 64DD info....
anyway basically what they say are talking about is a tech demo.
It's Mario 64 running on 64DD and they talk about the short load times.
thats pretty much it.

Gah! I thought I was going to get to flex my spanish translating muscle. (Yeah, I have one of those).
Not really interesting though...just the same game on DD disk. Kind of interesting to hear about the load times though.

comes to show that they could have ported M3 over in a giffy if everything was in place - and since development was already budgeted and payed for, it would have made a lot of sense to do so too . Something else must be at play with M3 then.
