Ever since Microsoft removed dos as the base for their line of O.S it has been considerably buggy and counter productive. Windows 7 wastes resources like crazy. Dos is stable, keep in in the O.S Microsoft or just base the O.S on a unix kernel.

Are we allowed to talk about downloading software and multimedia here? Just by looking around, people don't take to kindly to it.
My personal rules are that if it's not for sale via a 1st party it's OK, since it won't be hurting sales or income. Music and movies though is a different story for me...
How does everyone feel about that anyway? I've been curious to know and too cautious to post about it, for fear I may be hate-ed upon.
