I could have downloaded a crack/patch for the game and been playing it now but nope i got to wait on a response from SecuRom to increase my activation limit.

I'm glad most other games i have don't use activation limits as i have installed them and uninstalled them many times on different system configurations and different OS's.

My damm cycle bike or i broke my dam cycle bike (if it was my fault). Not sure what the technical term is but the bit that is on the back wheel taking care of the switch of the gears which snapped right of.

What happened was my chain came off so i put it back on and as i went to cycle off i though it has done it again until i saw the bit which snapped.

Have to check the specialized website see what i can do.

I presume you mean your rear derailleur. Depending on where you go you can buy most components of it seperately.

Visit your local bike shop rather than going online, business for these guys is tough and any little helps!

Its the rear derailleur that snapped and i'm thinking it was due to the chain coming of and somehow ending up in the snap although i don't know if it was my fault when putting the chain back on or not.

I'll probably take it to where i bought it since they do repairs and have pretty good service and see how much it'll be to fix it.

    Damm can't edit.

After reading some forums elsewhere i'm assuming its the Hanger part that is broke so so if thats the case it should be a simple case of getting a new one.

Free speech eh? I'm angry, angry at the way a lot of people around here are. All they care about is money, and maybe 1/1000 of the things that pass hands here actually trickle down to the public. I have to admit though, I do like this site for the information it has. I am saying this mostly because I catch my self scrolling through topics about really awesome stuff, and hearing about how much everyone was psyched about it, and then seeing that whoever had it sold it to some hoarder or something just makes me want to rip their f**king head off. (Pardon my language, if that must be removed, mods, do your thing ;)) But really, I do appreciate a lot of the stuff that shows up here, but I just wish that things could be a bit more public, especially stuff that gets sold and is never heard about ever again.

This reminds me of the time I stopped into the local Porsche dealer and tried this line of reasoning on them.

I mean it's just unfair that they have all of these nice cars sitting around and I don't get to drive them for free.

They threw me out, but curse them and their evil capitalist ways!!

You must not be very persuasive then. They let me drive one. Of course I had to give it back after 15 minutes.

Gotta love the test drive! :)

This reminds me of the day I went straight down to our local Audi dealer for a test drive of the R8 in my site clothes. Turned up in my rigger boots and scratty clothes and they weren't going to let me have a go until I flashed the company card!

Needless to say I had no intentions of buying it (nor could I afford to) but 20 minutes later I was down the road with a big smile on my face. haha.

<_< This is exactly how I knew you would all react. I just wish you would realize that dumping something doesn't really devalue it. If you have the only Super Mario 64 beta in existence, and you dump it, that doesn't change the fact that it is the only freaking Super Mario 64 beta in existence. That's like saying that software pirates putting up a copy of windows diminishes the value of a Windows disc, and yet you still see hundreds of thousands of people buying them...

So no list of all the things you released then? Tell you what PM me ill send you my paypal address and you can send me $1000 and ill give you a couple of unreleased games to dump? EDIT: Actually judging by the last 10 mins that i spent reading your post most of what you do is post asking for people to give you things for free that you likely have no clue how to use so i doubt your gonna send me that $1k.

Yes it devalues Microsoft. Just like every time you pirate a game (I dont need to hear you how you apparently dont btw) devalues the paycheque of the console, publisher, creator and everyone else involved in the process of selling that game to you.

He seems to have a difficult time to understand the difference between data and the media that the data is delivered in. I dont think you will get an understandable answer from him.

...um, thats EXACTLY what I DO get, its the physical cart or disc that is worth so much, if its the only one in existence, its the only one in existence, regardless of whether the data on it is dumped or not. As for the big list of things I have released, I'm not exactly in the position to be doing that kind of thing, I'm barely in the position to have lunch at school every day. I can't even pay the freaking 2 bucks for the crappy government funded lunch everyday. I have talents with this kind of stuff, its just in the researching and documenting of stuff AFTER it is dumped, such as disassembling, coding, etc... I am mainly a MD programmer, so that stuff interests me the most. I don't mean to make it sound like I want handouts, because that is not the case, I just want to see more stuff make it into the public light, more documentation about the process a game went through in development, etc... Heck, dump something you have, and I will disassemble it, compile a list of differences from its final, etc... Just watch.

Blah blah blah. The uncomfortable but unavoidable truth is that beta carts/discs that are already dumped and available are always worth less than when they were not publicly available. There's no getting around this - it's a fact.

If you don't have the money to buy the betas you desire then you should just be quiet. Nobody here owes you anything.
