Don't think that its a dev unit - looks like one of the retail black @World units (that possibly originated from unsold American stock).Originally Posted by Shiggsy

Anyone seen the complete unit internally / externally (images).
I'm pretty sure that's exactly what it is. There's a knob on the front which appear to set the time between when the box automatically changes from one PS1 to the next. Not sure what the second does. I assume that the LED displays the time left before the next switch.Originally Posted by Parris

Not the seller.
Not dev related, but I really like these Super Famicom accessories, they're so cool:

Shelf/ case:

I feel the urge to accessorize! Shame we can't buy any of it tho (well not us 'gaijin' anyway) :crying:
On the info sheet of the SFC Cart carrying case are only Famicom carts... weird ^^
<- can someone please make this as a repro and sell it so me?
Yeah, and the label has Mario Kart on it! They seem to have mixed the two cart styles.Originally Posted by ave
Maybe this case has been released during the first days of the SFC and they didn't want to spend a lot of money for carts?^^

It's just the clear cases that are readily available for single games, you seem them every so often.Originally Posted by ave

Is this like super rare or sth? I don't know much about SF competition prizes

Yes, but I think it doesn't have the winning letter and maybe price is to much without it.
It is an extremely rare hibaihin game.Originally Posted by RichieCStar
But as told earlier, for such price you should get the complete thing (winning letter for example). Super Potato sells it for 700000 Yens, complete, and is known for his outrageous prices.
Loose carts are going for 300000 as well, but that's liek getting your Enemy Zero Special Box game, with all accessories, but without the box..it feels like something is missing.
As far as I know, this is the rarest and with no doubts most expensive non-proto SFC game. Only 8 copies were made. I saw it 1x at Retro Friends, 1x at Super Potato, 1x loose at Mandarake Nakano plus this auction - already half of the whole production :) I don't think the shops sold their copies yet, they're usually just being used as eyecatchers.
