Gamecube Raven Blade ?

We reading an article on the escapist about the studio that did Metroid for GC.

Talked about several cancelled games, the only one seemeing interesting being
Raven Blade.

The game looks really interesting. It seems that there are more projects cancelled after they get to the point that they are playable, than finished and released. I wish that I had the money/ability to open a studio which just buys and finishes canned projects like this.

It does look interesting, though the final playable bit seems a lot like a poor mans Soul Reaver or Devil May Cry. If they had have kept those programmers could have been great.

As far as i know Steve Barcia was replaced by Michael Kelbaugh.
Michael Kelbaugh was Manager from NOA Product Testing.
