WTB: Sega Nomad
Looking for a typical Sega Nomad, with the recharge pack, and a power cord, if you have anything else like a carring case, box, let me know. Offering $60 base right now.

Do any of those Recharge Packs work anymore? They've been out in the wild for a long long time, or has normal recharging maintained them?

My nomad's charge pack just has holders for regular batteries, AA i think. Was there a rechargable varity?
Just checked, mine takes 6 AA batteries. It took me 5 mins to figure out how to get the bugger off of the nomad. It's been on there for the last 10 years!
If you're interested, i'd trade it against your xbox. I've got the power cord, the battery pack, and a complete copy of sonic 3 (case, cart, and manual). The nomad itself is in mint condition, no dead pixels, there is a single scratch accross the "Y" button, but it is otherwise perfect.
I'd trade them, but they aren't for sale outright, and i'm pretty interested in that box of yours, if it's for sale. If you have anything else for trade, i'm open to offers.
EDIT: for the scratch info.

Woah! Awesome trade about to take place maybe.
Yeah, there was a recharge pack, but I bet there all dead now. Would it make the Nomad croak if you just popped in some rechargable AA's?

indeed teh recharge-able packs are dead i have one as well as the ystandard AA pack and the recharge one dont hold any charge even though was told it was brand new o well
