Yeah, the red/white sticker is the rating (18/mature). It sure is a joke, but they certainly won't set them back to normal size now that they found EVIL Counter-Strike on the PC of that guy who ran amok.
Most German PAL collectors prefer UK/FR versions now, so that new law is even injuring the economy (a bit).
