I'm now starting to regret selling my entire GBA collection for some PS2 games. I Doom complete with box and manual, along with a few others that are either rare or extremely expensive (for my tastes, anyway).Originally Posted by Greatsaintlouis

Could you explain to me what 'natsukashii' means? I have a Japanese LD titled "natsukashii furaibo" and I'd like to know what it means.Originally Posted by Warakia

Lots of PAL GBA titles I reckon will be very rare in the future..in part due to no places ever seeming to have ever sold them..in part due to the shocking amount of fakes that clog the market up. Ninja Cop seems to have had about 5 copies ever made its driving me mad.
Not really sooper rare...but truy finding a PAL copy of Monopoly for the X-Box
Crop up occasionally on fleaby but production stopped

Noooo, that makes no sense!! :banghead:Originally Posted by wheelaa
Is the PS2 MVC 2 really rare? I remember seeing a good few in my local Game at normal prices - can't remember how recently I saw them though. There used to be at least 10 used copies of Gradius III & IV there too - should have taken one! -_-
What about R-Type Final or that PS2 Silpheed?
Turn after the SECOND CAKE!
Isn't the version of slipheed jap ps2 with the bug on the final boss rather rare, as I think the only surviving copies are the ones that left Japan at launch. I have a bugged version, problem is that there is no way to tell, just looking at the box, if a version is updated or not. If you were purposely looking for a bugged copy that would be very hard indeed.
I honestly believe Gundam vs Gundam Extreme is the greatest game every created - seriously, check it out.

REZ.... Rare? I saw at least two copies in my local Wal-Mart, or a record store... I don't remember where, but I saw two last week.
R-Type Final is not common but not rare either. Silpheed and Gungriffon Blaze may also be uncommon. No idea whether any of them are rare.
I picked up Dai Senryaku in the store a couple months ago. I didn't even have any idea it was released until I saw it!Originally Posted by SuperGrafx

It's an interesting little war sim for a great price.
I'm going to pick up Shattered Union one of these days as well...that's a bit more on the RTS side.
Can you pick up a copy of Rez for me? :)Originally Posted by XerdoPwerko
I've only seen one copy of R-Type Final around here. Silpheed and Gungriffon Blaze are extremely easy to find.
I'll go look around, as I don't recall whether it was Wal-Mart or the record store that also sells games. If it's still there, I'll buy it and let you know, Taemos.
R-Type Final, I've seen twice or three times, but I got it the second time I got it. It's one hell of a great game.
Is Klonoa 2 rare? Is Ring of Red rare?
There are plenty of fairly uncommon games on the PS2 that nobody really seems to want and are thus cheap, despite being pretty good. Culdcept fits into that category as well I think.Originally Posted by XerdoPwerko
Guys, we know the deal. Raremeans shit. Just stock up on sealed copies of every popular RPG for ps2, and sell them in ten years for $300-500 each...
I buy cases of some games when they go clearance, like stretch panic.
for anyone interested here is a pic of that pilgrimage controller
please don't tell me you're supposed to kneel and touch your head to the red sensor....
:D: :D:
that's not bad idea really...
I've done my share of that... :p

Wow, never seen that controller before, I was starting to think it didn't exist! Thanks for the pic, was it expensive? Does it work well with the game, I can't imagine it would be better than the normal controller.

They aren't too hard to find, uncommon but most definately not rare.Originally Posted by XerdoPwerko
Suikoden III might be rare in shops, might be one of the more expensive titles this gen, already. ;)
