Damn.. didnt recognise the BEAUTIFUL town of Witten.. one of the crappiest places in the Ruhr-Valley although it has ~100k inhabitants.... thank god I only have to live here for the time Im studying - you now can find me in Bochum on the map.

Well, I'm not going to comment on blackpool, but it is the butt of the occasional joke....
Anyway, people in England do seem to care about where you live. Even in Oxford there is a lot of snobbery about where your rooms are and there is the whole north/south divide that I'm not going into.
Put my non-university place on the thing, appear to be the only one in Cheshire, and of course it didn't have where I actually live, for there isn't a lot there.
Edit - if you zoom in on my oxford, it has me living in bloody merton college! Now that I will not stand for. Bloody can't change it either.
