I've seen Red, Yellow and Blue personally. Don't know about any others.

There was also a hard to find gold edition. However, the only place I saw one was in a Nintendo Power magazine.

well you can dip the thing for gold plating, or silver or chome... :p
by the way I've seen gold gameboy light so I'd guess they made one in gold as well...

I've personally come across Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, and Purple. Apparently - as others mentioned - there have been some Pokemon flavors, and something in my mind wants to say there was a translucent purple one as well - it may have been a Japanese version, though.
