If that game's the same as omega factor over here, then its a mighty fine game, although very short. That is quite tempting, but £70 on a 5th GBA playing device seems a bit excessive..

I decided that if the micro was more expensive than the SP, I'm getting the SP. I'd rather have a protected screen, anyway.

lets see...the micro and gba to that matter tech is oh about 8 years old.......

the micro will fail badly...due to one main reason

    THE BLOODY PRICE

    130cdn for a small gba

i can buy a gba sp with pokemon pinball and 2 pokemon gba videos for 80 bucks here......not that i would...but come on 130...get real

That Famicom look is probbaly just a faceplate, so you might want to wait until the (slightly) cheaper US release is out and then track down a Fami faceplate on its own. The faceplates include the screen too apparently, so you don't actually have to worry too much about scratching the screen since you can so easily replace the whole faceplate if you do. I think that's pretty cool.

However, the Gameboy Micro *DOES NOT* play Gameboy or Gameboy Color games despite what Play Asia's page says there. I think that's pretty lame.

I'm thinking that I'll get one in a couple years when they're like $20. Until then, my Neo Geo Pocket will keep me company.

Indeed, a DS goes for the same or even less. Plus that shitty screen is almost impossible to look at.

if Nintendo is going to make it small, why not make it even smaller with wrist band and as an added bonus telling the time as well... and probably free bonus magnifying glass as well...

I still need to get a GBA SP... Anyway, i think the SP is better than this because when it's not in use, the screen is protected.
