I have to disagree Greatstlouis about the gamecube pad, to me it seems like the most logical of the three big consoles.

But is it really the amount of buttons on a game pad? Or is it how the game uses them.? Mario Sunshine uses all the buttons and both analog sticks perfectly, everything makes sense, and it becomes instinctual as to which button to press. By Contrast Enter the Matrix has controls that are all screwed up.

As for games being too hard, don't US companies usually up the difficulty when they import Japanese games? I know Sega used to do this alot. I think it has something to do with people in Japan enjoying the story of the game, while US gamers enjoy the challange.

"(...)A One World Government and one-unit monetary system, under permanent non-elected hereditary oligarchists who self-select from among their numbers in the form of a feudal system as it was in the Middle Ages. In this One World entity, population will be limited by restrictions on the number of children per family, diseases, wars, famines, until 1 billion people who are useful to the ruling class, in areas which will be strictly and clearly defined, remain as the total world population." Dont let media feed you with lies. open your eyes and search information yourself.

    Totally disagree.

The first generation US Saturn controller was THE best for Street Fighter.

My roommate and our neighbors played SF Zero 2 hardcore for over a year, and it was the agreement that the winner kept the first gen controller. ;)

The D-Pad on it was infinitely superior to the JPN version, imho.

the one I have is the first US revision. I dunno, but I really like it - the feel is nice and solid, I like the clickyness of the shoulder buttons, and the rocker D-pad is oh so nice...
    Agreed.

    GC controller

Personally I HATE the GC controller. It's something about the odd shapped buttons that just irks me. I like my controllers with buttons the same size and simple lay out, especially for fighting games.
