I played both KalOnline and Guild Wars. Guild Wars is way better compared to KalOnline.

Do it. It's a very cool game and unlike other MMORPG's you don't have to pay each month and it doesn't require you to constantly play.

Pretty hooked on World Of Warcraft at the moment, blizzard just keep adding cool stuff!, it's geat.

i have guild wars it gets boring after a while. my buddy dragged me thought it.

I have both WOW and Guild Wars. I like both games, although they are very different.
Overall WOW is a deeper game, with good chara development. The only downside I see is the monthly charge.
Guild Wars is fun, and the scenery is some of the most beautiful in any game that I have played. This game is free, but I think the story will be limited. I can't consider a MMORPG, only because it is basically one giant instance (nothing wrong with that, just my view).

WoW has a lvl 60 cap, GW has a lvl 20 cap.
Both are well made games, but you od get what you pay for.

I'll throw in my 2 cents since I've been playing GuildWars for awhile now.
It's a good game, but setup less to be a PvE game, and more for a PvP game. You get skills for PvP by going through the PvE.
The level 20 cap is true, but remember that the designers goal of this game is to have people be more skillful than just out-level other players.
What I feel the game lacks is a deep "item" system -- they do have a bit of crafting and they do have some magical / rare items, but not the item sets that made Diablo II very popular. Of course this is again in-line with the goal of the designers -- make it a skill based game, not an item / level based game.
I got this game prior to discovering it was truely a PvP game, so I'll probably retire it soon and move on.
