Just picked up my Dreamcast Dev Station, Need Software and answers.

Okay I just recieved my Dreamcast Dev and GD-R Burner in the mail. I also recieved two hard drives with it that supposedly are unsearched. I was installing the one hard drive but then realized I don't know what power cord to plug into it. Does it make a difference? I've found the topic on here that says you can use larger hard drives and how to configure them once they are in. I haven't ound anything that says what power cable to plug into it. I then decided to pop it into my computer but of course it doesn't fit. Will it fit into an older computer by chance?
Unfortuantely this package came with no software whatsoever. What do I need to get this puppy up and running? Will R9 and GD Workshop be enough?
I pluged the Dev Station in to see if I can play games. However I keep getting a message that says "please insert game disc". I take it this means the system is set up for programming and I have to hook it up to my computer and change that before I can play games on it?
I want to get this up and running to program a game eventually but in the meantime I'd like to see if it works. I know I atleast have the switches in the right position.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. And yes I've read many a topic on here relating to Dreamcast Dev and Katana Dev.

    Thanks

Actually that does help. I don't know why I never thought to look there. Thanks!

It seems you have the same problem than me... Does the classical Dreamcast menu appear on the screen when you power on ? Can your Katana play CD-Audio ?
