Is it a possible scam as he is a "0" rated seller? I know people have to start somewhere...............it was only a matter of time.

But there are a few PSP pre-orders yet on fleabay and some already high bids.

I am presuming that no-one here would pre-order using this method?

Why would anyone preorder this way? It makes no sense. If the bid never goes over whatever the intro price for the DS is than the dude is out the money on the difference. Sounds scamish to me.
