Question on the US version Neo Fami System

I just want to make sure if the US version of the Neo Fami will play Famicom games or just US games. I don't want to buy it to find out that it just plays NES games and not Famicom games.

can Sharp Twin Famicom either modified or with an adaptor run US NES carts?

They should work with an adaptor, I can't see any reason why not, But I haven't Tested

I just found out that the US version Neo Fami system will not play Famicom games. That's the reply I got from Estarland when I emailed them. Will an adaptor work on a US Neo Fami?

The Neo Fami is lame, what you want is the Generation NEX from Messiah.

Two slots, see? One for Famicom and one for NES. Plus, it's way cooler looking and probably more well built and it supports Messiah's wireless NES pads.

    It's more expensive, though.

If the Neo Fami is really what you want, I'm sure that it works fine with an adapter. It's based on the Famicom-on-a-chip which has always worked with adapters.

Thanks for the Generation NEX. I might get it from Playmessiah when I have the money. That seems to be the way to go if you have Famicom and NES titles.
