those who can't make, mod
the 3DO was dead years before megaman x3 hell it was dead way before megaman x2 as well, so i doubt they released it for 3DO.
3DO wasn't dead until 1996 or something was it? When was the last game released in the West?
The snes version was released in 95 if I am not mistaken (in the US )

If it hasn't already, let's bring closer to this subject.
Just recently, I uncovered footage from a VHS that I bought that unveiled a 3DO port for the game. Before that, there existed magazine scans that promoted such a port.

i wonder if they actually started working on it, very very interesting.

I have been looking high and low for this game for 11 years and have found absolutely nothing other than those magazine scans that I provided to that Rockman website. I have heard that recall story before, but I'm not sure how much faith I'm willing to put into that. There is absolutely nothing out there on the game. No videos, no screen captures, no disk pictures... nothing. If the game had been sold even briefly, something should have shown up by now I would think.
I have a lot of 3DO contacts, including people who were involved with the 3DO company, publishers of the time, and game developers for the system. Lead after lead has turned out to be a dead end.
I would love to be proven wrong though, as this game for the 3DO system is a grail of mine.
