Love the wedding video, DCharlie. You're a very lucky man. So you wife isn't Japanese or she is but not what is known as the typical jgirl?

she's half Japanese half portuguese - but she basically raised in a western way, but inhereted the games part of Japan :D

These days she's more of a western gamer than anything (Halo, Rainbow 6, left 4 dead, gears etc) but she'll basically play anything (FF11, Gradius 5, etc)

anyways, last few days i noticed another couple of suspicions boxes over her side of the gaming floor. Might have to go "black ops" and see what she has in there, though i fear the shoe box is going to be N64 stuff. I note with some glee that a complete unyellowed SNES has appeared on her shelf...

Very nice pictures indeed. I really enjoy reading this thread, nowhere else I can find such a concentrated mass of beautiful shots :)

What happened to your last pic btw? It seems like the colors are crumbled in huge pixels.
<- can someone please make this as a repro and sell it so me?

weird , looks okay to me, but there are a huge number of sensor blobs on the shot - i thought i'd linked to the cleaned up shot - i guess not :D

Is that the area around Kiyomizu-dera or the Inari-shrine? Looks very familiar to me.

Kansas looks worse and worse every time I come to this thread.

Though it did rain today, and that was nice.

It's been a while since I posted any pictures in this thread so today I took a few. Just my luck that it became overcasted as soon as I get the camera out

Here's a few shots of a mystery bridge that leads off in to the sea. Nobody knows what's at the other end. To me it looks to be some sort of terminal but I can't be sure. It's been closed ever since it was built a few years back. Just what is out there?

Here's another bridge that the goverment built then wanted to charge people for using it even though there was a normal road that was just a quick. In the end this was closed down but re-opened this year for free use.

A picture of my car's console. No idea why I took it. Seems a nice shot at the time

Finally a shitty mini van dressed up in anime images. I've actually got a picture of a Suzuki Swift tarted up in anime on my phone. I'll post that soon as well. Looks rather cool in a sad way.

It may be related but this one and others in the area are called Famicom World. Just like the Chuuko chain they ask really stupidly high prices for sun faded crap. God only know show they stay afloat.

Overcast is the best time to take pictures.
