Hello,
i saw for the first time a image of Sega Sophia, yesterday.
a question... is it compatible with sega saturn games?

It is compatible. Also, if you mess with the dip settings and have enough RAM in it, you can play games that require the RAM cart :d

Hey, same here, I got my hands on a Psy-Q Saturn but all I ever succeeded in was changing the palette of the SEGA bootup logo :smt043
(still refusing to use SGL/SBL)

Did you actually have the Psy-Q cart? The saturn won't do much out of the ordinary without it... and software!

Of course, it's an earlier version though so it's more like a bare PCB with some pieces of metal. Sadly, no software, but I hope somebody can help me obtain that :-)
