Firstly its in great condition and so on. This is a Friends book and she wants to sell it. She has no idea how much its worth.... anyone care to help?
Its like a walkthrough guide and also contains a dvd thats never been opened on the inside cover....

...its a cool book, but not at all rare, amazon.co.jp sell it, and you can usualy pick it up new for under $30
