I don't have 1.5 as to other things terms are perpetual. NDA don't expire. However certain parties might not care after an amount of time.. a long amount of time !
Make sure it's a clean break, you don't want to give away RE 1.37 or 1.64.

I seriously think the only way someone will play 1.5 is if they're dying and Make a Wish or some other organization convinces Capcom to fly it in for them. Capcom has to know this game has a bounty on it and any existing copy is under lock and key so some employee dosen't make a bundle.

heh, would be nice to get a playable beta of that. I'm guessing quite a bit was finished before they scrapped it.
