try and do some research on how likely is to find it around and how much people ask for it. If is complete with everything even the mouse then is worth it. I have seen just the modem cart go for $20.

I suppose. Not much info about that I've seen. Then again I'm an English speaking NTSC user. Beyond basic facts, anything like Finland may as well be located on Saturn.
