Airbrushing is nice but is the base coat curdled?

the P and A looks like you put some black sharpie marker on it.
Seems odd to spray a rapper on a PS2? It's kinda like the eBay sellers who make Killzone and Uncharted stick-on 'skins' for Xbox's and Wii's..... it's just not right. Nice artwork, wrong application......
