Wow! All the Samsung games in one hit!
And a nice looking Menacer! My box is so tatty!
Damn! Konami light guns, THE CASSETTE RECORDER!
Oh how I love hardware, watching a fair chunk of these. Will strike later!

Tell me you'll hold onto one Mega Drive and maybe get a Mega EverDrive? Please?
    Never be gameless!

What means that MD II box with the Arcade picture?

Acually Your collection is very nice. The best Megadrive collection I have ever seen.

Sorry but not sure which one you are talking about?

Nope, am getting rid of it all my good man.

Indeed, although I am getting rid of everything I am nearly finished my arcade cabinet and will be playing emulators on it when it is finished which will probably be about two to three weeks away. I haven't peeled the protective plastic off the two sides yet which is why they aren't as shiny and as sexy as the rest. It is coming along beautifully indeed and am sure it will look fantastic one completely finished:

Oh damn! Wish I knew how to build things!
That is going to be one nice looking system.
Will you be using that HyperSpin thing I've read about?

Yes I will be using Hyperspin front end. It will have anywhere from thirty to fifty thousand games on it once finished. It will have a Compaq CQ1251AN Desktop PC, Logitech Z3 speakers, X-Arcade Tankstick, Arcade Guns™ light-guns and a Teac LEDV26U83HDR 26" LED TV. I will also be getting 2 TurboTwist 2 spinners with 7" steering wheels so the vast majority of genera are covered. It's killing me having it sitting there incomplete but I am taking my time to ensure it is all done correctly, probably another month or so and it will be finished. Last night all I did was paint the inside frame of the bezel, I'll have to wait another day then give it another coat.

Slow and steady is definitely the way to go with something like that. No point rushing it!
Do you have a thread on how you are putting it all together somewhere?
I'll probably go down the same path one day. Not just yet though!

Wow that cabinet is coming along nicely! I remember the PC etc in boxes when I picked up those games. Did you cut out the cabinet yourself or was it pre-fabbed?

Unfortunately I didn't document the process photographically or via video"aphically". I would have liked to do so but laziness got in the way, as usual.

Pre-fabbed my good fellow. It came flat-packed in two boxes. it was a royal pain in the buttocks to put together as the instructions were far too minimalistic. Here is what the cab will look like when completed, though mine has no patterns or anything vut into it: http://www.arcadegamingaustralia.com...es/apollo2.jpg
