    Just got a green Debug PSX from Squaresoft!

    Yay,

    I just got a green debug PSX from Square Europe. It is model number DTL-H1202. It even came with a review copy of SaGa Frontier 2, Final version release of SaGa Frontier 2 and a beta build of Parasite Eve 2.

    I love Square stuff so I was extremely chuffed to get hold of this item AND............

    On the bottom of the console it has a Square Europe security sticker with some kind of security tag number :smt045 !!

    Unfortunately it's not boxed but it is in super condition.

    Just thought I'd share my news with you lot :-D .

    I tried to upload a picture but the file size limit is 39.1kb!! Is there another way to put a picture up here? Do you guys host your own pictures? I don't have a website so I can't......I do have pictures of it though, so as soon as someone can give me some brief instructions I'll post the pics up here tonight.

    Cool thanks - I'll host them tonight! The PE2 disc seems no different from the regular version. It runs fine and is in PAL format (like the PSX).

    The disc although it says "beta 0.1" on it, it also says "preview copy" with a date of 22/05/2000. The game is pressed on official PSX media so I think it is not a development disc that is part completed but a preview copy issued to magazines for preview maybe....??

    The memory card looks cool, it's an actual Japanese one with Japanese writing on the back of it. I don't know what it says on it but it's definitley related to PE2.

    How do you get a psx debug from square Europe with outdated beta games? This is 2005 right. Anyways, I do not mean to get on your case but send me a pm and tell me how you got this stuff. I am looking for beta games too.

    I want to own the green debug playstation too.

    Hello:

    It is a nice machine and look new. I am looking for this one too but I perfer ( DTL-H1200 ) becasue I already have the [ DTL-H1100 ] the blue one. I want to be same country code (Japan) collect together.

    Do I still have chance to get it. It seem a long way.

    I have DTL-H1200 that is collecting dust since I already have chip'd PAL PS1 for normal play...
    I got mine from Japan - probably she got it off YJ but not sure about that...
    she sometimes surprised me with odd finding like my Saturn pre-production prototype last year...

    haven't seen green debug on YJ for a while now btw...

    Yes all nice stuff. I think I have the PE promo above from Legit. Is the memory card effectively a dongle? I have a set of about 50 PS memory card/dongles. Anyway blah blah blah :) I'm also looking for a green debug ps, got two blue ones.

    yes, alot beta game useing dongo. but square love use mem card to go debug menu(like, you load save from game, but it go debug stage :) )
