Hello everyone,
I have a strange question that I have been curious about. Recently I purchased some Gamecube controller extension/extender cords for my Gamecube controllers.
They definitely give you a lot more length to work with, my question is can you use multiple extension/extender cords for a single controller without it causing harm or damage to the controller and console? Also while still allowing the controller to work normally as well (Will the signal become to degraded or something?)
The extension/extender cords will probably provide enough length needed, however if a situation occurs where more length is needed, can you chain or use two extension/extender cords with no adverse side effects?
I know or I have been told and that chain or using multiple surge protectors and/or power (electric) extension cords is not a good idea, I don't know totally what makes it bad, but my guess would be that less electricity is supplied out and can damage the cord and/or electrical system of the house?
However a extension/extender cord for a Gamecube controller is different from a surge protector or power extension cords. So these two types of cords work in a different manner, but I would just like to be sure.
If it is not too much trouble, please let me know.
Thanks for listening.
