I was just thinking perhaps, if Run Saber was not 50hz optimized (since it'd be too obvious then), that common bootlegs may be using the PAL final as their source.

That makes the most technical sense to me... granted, I haven't made coffee yet.

I just checked the PAL rom and no the woman isn't present just the skeleton.
