Here is the original 'Project Reseed' post:
Hey everyone. I'll make this short and sweet.

    - I'm here to preserve the Acclaim Project
    - All torrents have dead trackers
    - Little to no seeds/peers
    - I have a seedbox that will stay connected for years to come

My plan is to download everything 100% then create new torrents with reliable trackers. If you have these files, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE start seeding or send me a PM!

Here is the current status on all the torrents.

TORRENT STATUS WOULD HAVE BEEN HERE

If you're having connection problems, add this IP to your peer list:
    ***.**.**.***:55983

    Once a file completes I will;
    - Post file hash info
    - Create a new torrent with reliable trackers (openbittorrent.com, publicbt.com, ccc.de, istole.it)
    - Upload torrent to assemblergames

All files will be left original, as Assembler made them.

    Cheers!

It's nice to see people looking to keep these preserved, shared and alive! :)
I don't have the original files, but I'll be seeding the ones you re-upload for as long as I can.

I had all of the original files, on my seedbox that I kind of forgot about and lost everything. Will download and seed the new files as you put them up !

Roughly at the half way mark. The second half will take longer I suspect.

Thanks for the support guys, keep it seeded as long as possible!

Found them, I have them all, I did found my seedbox, was placed under 5 pc's and 2 broken servers but anyway,
If everything is ok then your download should be starting soon (its checking right now)

EDIT: CHecked and uploading... no connections.. Bad trackers? Do I need to redownload the above "old" tor files?
maybe upload them another way ? or is there nobody online ?

You will probably need to seed longer than that.... your upload seems very very slow.

I know, i dont have much money for the highest speed. but another problem is my cable keeps disconnecting, dont know why.
so ill keep an eye once a while on this and leave it online as long as i can. I see some complete peers :P
if the cable keeps disconnecting ill need to fix my setup somehow, the speed is what it is, sorry guys.
maybe its the network adapter or settings in the router, i did replace the cable for a cat6 already so i dont know what causes it.

    on the website: down: 30 Mbit/s | up: 3 Mbit/s
    my own test results : 29.2 Mbits| up: 2.4 Mbit/s

We seem to have another seeder from somewhere....

And speed isnt really a huge issue - it will finish eventually.

Just saying your 4-6 day timeframe is probably not enough.. (or wasnt, until the other seeder appeared).

    Edit:

I actually think it wasnt you I was talking about. I think you must have disconnected and we were downloading from someone else. When you joined, things got a little faster.

I too have noticed the new seeder. Every bit counts!

Looks like we should have this project done a lot sooner than I previously anticipated.

    Thanks again guys!

Are you seeding archive 9 and 4? I dont see you in the swarm for those - only the slower seeder. (that I originally mentioned before - which I assumed was you, as you were the only one who said they were seeding the whole thing)

Just had a thought - why not just post this on usenet and post some nzbs?

Retention of usenet serves means it will be on there for at least 3-4 years with current retention times and everyone can download at fastest speeds.

If the torrents die and theres no seeds, you could download from usenet and reseed.

im seeding 4 and 9, only I see no peers, or maybe 1 "japanese" peer (based on IP?)
anyway, we try to make the others 100% and if 3 or less are not getting above 70% before sunday ill put them on a server for direct download (and at that moment im unable to upload).

I do have time and if you guys are willing to wait, ill just keep it running (when i move the seedbox to the other room it can be 24/7 all year long, but the cable needs to stay connected, its failing today once in a while.)

downloaded all the available ones form the links in the OP and set them to seed on my NAS, will take a while to download them all by the looks of it
think i have set it up correctly but i am not a Torrent guy as i tend to use Usenet only - however it seems to be uploading very slowly but im guessing this is due to not having much of the file to seed back out

will leave them seeding for a while anyway

I hope that you (mystical) downloaded the new torrent files of the 100% files.
also I dont know about this other seeder with large/100% but my files are 100% and im now only seeding archives: 1, 4, 7,8 9 and 10.
just a 3th time the cable disconnected, i eat something and going to setup another pc in the other room with new cables.
it will not speed up the proces, but will stay connected, maybe solve the 4 and 9 problem.
there are alott of wifi in my neiberhood, maybe I can access one for another seed.

I am still not seeing you in files 4 and 7, but do see you on the others.

But things are coming along quite well. Should be done today if your connection holds up :)

    yes i have archives 2, 3, 5, 6 and 11 all 100% complete and seeding

i have added the older torrents now to try and get them complete aswell using the old torrent links for these (1,4,7,8,9,10)

is this what you guys wanted? again not a torrent guy, also my upload seems a bit slow but sure my settings are correct and i have a 100MB connection so should be plenty of bandwidth

    100mb is download, not up.

You will have either 5mb or 10mb upload with virgin media - depending on your package.

However, that should still be around 600 or 1200KB/s
