    To get a .spc dump you need to get the game running first.

    How it's possible to ready each eprom (first 8Mo, second 8Mo and third 4 Mo) with an editing program?

    If you have dumped all the eproms, just combine all three files in order of their socket numbers and load it in an emulator. At the command prompt you can use this command:
    copy /b rom1.bin + rom2.bin + rom3.bin testrom.smc
