Sega TeraDrive model 3 - floppy drive problems

Hello there everyone!

Im from Brazil and finally I found a forum which contains good info about some rare consoles.
I own a TeraDrive Model 3 with 1 floppy drive and I was going to create my own hard drive image for storing/preservation purposes but my floppy drive isnt working.

It brings the red light on and when I try to copy/format/use the drive on DOS it says the Disk isnt present. I can hear a spin on the drive so I tried many different floppy disks with the same result.
Any ideas? Which is the drive model for this one? The same as IBM PS/2?

Guys! I found the problem, it was on the interface connector, bad wire, I fixed it and now its working!
