Dunno if anyone had problems getting every rom and folder properly alphabetized on their card like I have, but here's a program (for Windows, at least) to get every single folder and file alphabetized on your SD card.

I'm sure there's a Mac and Linux program that would work out there, but since I only have a Windows machine, I haven't really searched for one. I believe that FatSort should still work.

Awesome stuff. Also if anyone is interested I posted this pearl script that can take a folder full roms and sort them into named folder names. You can also nominate the amount of files per folder etc. Works a treat especially if you are using full roms sets for N64 and SNES

Does anyone have a script or tool that takes a "GoodSet" and gives back one version of each Game taking the USA version as 1st choice, then PAL if USA not available then the JAP version as the final option?
I think you can do that with UnGoodMerge.
