[eur/nl] Broken TEST PS2

Got this returned to me a while ago and have no use for it anymore. Does nothing when plugged in. I'm 99% sure the previous user had it plugged in a 220v outlet at some point, and this is a 110v appliance -> kaboom psu?

Sold as broken, 20 euros EX postage.
