The 360 section did have a whitelist/senior members restriction put in place for a time, along with sectional moderators too. Both are gone now, not quite sure what happened there.
I'd hate to see it go as it's the biggest casual resource for 360 XDK related information and chatter. There exists no place with its breadth of information outside assembler.
