My own and finished project MVS (MV-1C) inside an AES shell!!

After tons of months, learning a lot I finished today my MVS consolized.

I wanted it to be as close as possible of the original AES console so I got from l_oliveira, two controller connectors and a volume control from a mvs junk.
I've got from Xian Xi the reset button.
I've got from Razoola the Universe Bios 3.0 that l_oliveira so kind soldered for me. He also fixed the board that was giving tons of errors.
I've also got from Xian Xi the CR2032 socket, so I modded the rechargeable battery for a normal one.
I also got from Alexandre Tabajara a 8 Din female and male plug to be able to keep the AES connector style (those plugs are really rare in Brazil).

So many people helped me and this was a project that took so much time and so much effort.
To hold the controller I had to build some iron plates that goes from under the plastic to inside. I learned how to solder using a blowtorch and oxygen for soldering the nuts for the screws of the controllers.

I couldn't use the original on/off switch because I only had one and it's been used by my real AES system.

And here's my 34 MVS games collection all of them with Shockbox



In the carton box it's my 138 in 1 modded with a dipswitch so I can still use it without the sub-pcb.
138 in 1 + 161 in 1 makes the MVS library almost completely playable!

There's not much that can be done about the ugliness inside.

This MV1C was dead and was brought to life with a repair using all the yellow wires you see on the picture: left upper corner of the board.
The MV-1C doesn't accept direct wiring of the unibios and I didn't had a NeoBiosMasta when I build it, so it was needed a lot of work wiring the new bios.
