WTB Modded US (NTSC) Sega Saturn

Hello Assemblers.-

I just wanted to mention that I've been a long time forum stalker and finally decided to join as I'm in desperate need to get a modded Sega Saturn. If possible, I'd like it to have both chips, the region free and the backup reader as I'll be playing Shining Force 3 (US Scen. 1 - JP Scen 2 and 3). I'm willing to pay in the range of $80-95 USD, and this is for the console and its peripherals (systems run for 50 bucks used on ebay, +$45~50 for modships and installation).

I do installs of modchips for $25 (chip included) as well as region free BIOS installs for $25. I may have a fully modded Saturn ready soon.
