Can't View Header Image Contest!

Hey all,
I hope this is the right place for this comment.

On the home page of Assembler I saw the following topic:

from What's New.

I'm not able to view this topic. When I try I get the following message:

2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Could it be that my account is too new (and being restricted) or is this an error? Does anyone know if there is anything I can do.
