I'm happy that Balotelli actually play in the national team, there is alot of racist people in Italy that didn't wanted a black guy playing in the national team.
It has nothing to do with him being black and everything to do with him being an asshole both on and off the pitch.
Balotelli is a great player with a lot of talent but he does have a serious attitude problem. I hope he does grow up a little soon and then we may see how good a player he can actually be.
I tend to stay away from football debates if possible as I get over-enthusiastic and it brings out my worse side!

Its the final 2 group games today england v ukraine and france v sweden who don't want to be the 3rd side to leave euro 2012 without any points.
england will get a win 1-0 and france will get a 1-0 win or a 1-1 draw
Have to say I'm really enjoying this tournament. Didn't take part in any build-up hype, have no expectations for England...both of which help immensely.
Some great finishes to the groups...a goal for Croatia would have had Spain sweating, that stonewall penalty (not given!!!) for Denmark could have knocked Germany out, and Ireland got spanked. Exciting stuff.
Have my nervous England hat on for tonight though...gonna be another tense 2 hours...can't wait!
Its always a nervous time watching england.

i think wikipedia has made a mistake look at the quarter final bracket ..winner of quarter final 1 plays winner of quarter final 3 unless its different this time round.. winner of Qfinal 1 should play winner of Qfinal 2

I only saw 1 game from Euro 2012 about 2 weeks ago German and Portugal it was more entertaining than any US sporting even I've seen recently outside of Hockey
Well, yesterday's match sucked for me because I hate that bastard CR7 or whatever.
But today, I finally get to see a decent match complete, as my afternoon is free of work.
And knowing me, I will probably fall asleep the second I get home and watch no football. Again.
A lot of political charge in today's match, too. Might be an interesting thing to watch.
Germany so far so good. Really hope they win this. Ever since the 2010 World Cup i became a fan of those players.

Germany looks great on the field, because football is a game in which the Germans always win. They are my favorites to win the Euro coz my national team Croatia undeservedly dropped out, but this is football.

The "best players in the world" looked pretty pathetic today and had no chance all day. No surprise though, considering they even managed to lose to the mediocre Swedish team.

Yea, they don't play well together.
I'm disappointed, but happy in the other side, because they will learn things and maybe improve their tactics.
I'm not too big of a fan of matches ending in penalty kicks but Italy, i think, deserved to win.
i'm little afraid italy might kick us out of the tournament, next game :/, we have never won against them.
i still remember, i think, 2006 was it, they kickd us out too.......
