How does one get a press-kit? :<

We get two different covers for this game in Japan.
The Normal Version
The Premium Version (I ordered this one)
I'm not sure which cover I prefer to be honest. The crazy thing is that the normal version is only rated a D while the premium version is a Z. Could it be due to the sexy costumes exclusive to this version?

You can also get them working for specific stores. Make some friends in good places. I've been fairly fortunate so far with press kits, swag and special guest passes to events.

That's pretty much the answer to everything. Know people. Be trusted by people.
Seek the truth. Behold the truth. Reveal the truth. That is the law and the whole of the law.
That is indeed almost the answer to everything. The question doesn't even matter. If you know the right people, everything becomes easier.

When i was the manager of an HMV games department I used to get all manner of free stuff. The very first free item I got was from a distributor called Prism Leasure. The delt in SNES stuff however they sent me a Japanese Art Of Fighting pen set for no reason what so ever. Over the years I collected many many T-shirts, promo carts including SNES Comp' carts for Donkey Kong country and Star Fox. Both on PCBs with Nintendo tape wrapped around them. If only I have kept those carts.
I don't understand why Japan is getting a special edition and the US isn't. I bet it's a DLC conspiracy. V.V

Isn't it also because of the Premium Edition also having an option to toggle gore whereas the standard is censored?
That was one of the main reasons why I pre-ordered the PS3 Premium Edition from Japan. Well, that and from what I recall from Suda51's response on Twitter, it also has both Japanese & English VO on it too.

Ill wait for reviews. Grasshopper games always look great, but the gameplay can be sketchy.
Im looking at you killer 7.
Ah, well I had thought the gore setting was one of the main draw points of getting the Premium Edition in the marketing.
Bit odd, maybe to try and drum up some more sales for the 360 version? How much did you end up ordering your one for?
My PS3 one ended up being 6000 something yen.

Yeah, PlayStation 3 games normally cost less than 360 games in Japan. Saying that the PS3 version is still 6500 odd yen.
I bought my 360 version from Amazon Japan where I buy all my games these days. It came to 6623 yen. Not bad. The original price was 7980 yen and that's how much it cost right now. Looks like the discounted price was either a mistake or the offer is over.
The price I paid
The price now

Alright, I don't get this at all.
What makes this game so special?
I had the chance to try it out a couple of days ago, I played for ~ 10 minutes until I deleted it again, same as Onechanbara Bikini Samurai - which I unfortunately had to re-install and play almost till the end because of a buddy of mine who kept nagging me for it, and with a sufficient amount of drugs and alcohol... but in retrospect, I personally found Onechanbara to be the "better" game in comparison to LPCS.
What's the appeal of those games? Is it really the pixeltits and -pussies (which you don't even get to see)?
Or is it because it's a reminder of "good old" over the top nonsense arcade games?
Or the horrible gameplay? Are you just cloaked masochists?
Or is it the wait for Onechanbara Bikini Samurai Squad 2? Isn't this (lollipop) game just a "we saw your shit sells, so we make the same shit" cash in?
I really don't want to offend anyone but just can't wrap my head around it... I expected and saw this being hyped on Kotaku but didn't expect it to be hyped here too.
Maybe someone could enlighten me, I'd really appreciate that.
