This one website does not constitute the 'entire internet' Lum; even if it did, why would we want someone around that knowingly tried to deceive an honest member of the community then tried to pass of his actions with sarcastic comments and even attempt to play it off as discrimination on Bormans part?!

I voted for a ban not necessarily for the situation itself but more his attitude towards his actions after the fact!

A quick dictionary search on the word COMMUNITY came back with this - a social, religious, occupational, or other group sharing common characteristics or interests and perceived or perceiving itself as distinct in some respect from the larger society within which it exists.
Suffice to say, if you try to scam one of us you have tried to scam all of us!

By 'entire internet' I meant any dishonesty or scam attempt involved has become public knowledge. It's information anybody can search for.

Its the sellers responsibility until its in the buyers hands. Its a pretty simple policy - as one sided as it is.

And I assume you dont have this happen often.... it takes weeks even in the most simple of cases. As they have to allow around a week for each response.

This situation has been manipulated by nds. How is it borman's fault if nds refuses to sign for the package or collect it.

Common sense says that Borman did all he needed to. It's not like the package is lost or missing. Nds is using PayPal rules to manipulate he situation for his benefit.

This is not a sale with a shop but a private transaction. The facts speak for themselves and I support a ban.

Borman, you should edit your first post with the whole story since there's now nine pages of "ban NDS_Demo!" posts.

    P.S. Oh and ban NDS_Demo.

I vote to ban this shit hole member too. From what I can see, he doesn't care about the rules of internet community. Help each other out where possible, not take advantage of rule loop holes to get something for nothing. Also, does anyone have his eBay username link? If he is still there I want to be sure to avoid him when checking stuff out.

EDIT: Has anyone brought this to the attention of Assembler or another moderator? This is very serious. $500 is a lot of money to be losing. I feel for ya Borman.

His username on Ebay is the same. At least I ended up with my money back in the end, needless to say I will not be dealing with him again.

Neutral feedback for allowing you to purchase an item you wanted (at least at the time I am sure) even though he didn't accept bids from international buyers then shipping it to a third party on your behalf?!

I'd hate to see what happened if someone had actually done something wrong to you!

i am truly amazed that you have not just apologised and said that it was a mistake and wont happen again

you are trying to come across as the victim here but sadly that is not the case, Borman did everything right and you tried to screw him on a loop hole, this is not what communities are about

Neutral feedback is about just as bad as negative feedback on eBay nowadays.
    I seriously can't believe what's happening here.
