I have only been in this situation twice before and it is just a terrible feeling waiting for responses every day. Like everyone else, I hope this situation works out.

Ebay has AGAIN put the case on hold, saying they need until June 11th to make a decision. Really? By then, I will have not had my money or my item for 10 days, just counting the date in which he opened a case against me.

I had to again supply tracking information. This is so incredibly frustrating. The buyer refuses to pick up a package, how is that my fault? /sigh

The item was finally signed for. Let's see what happens now, since it has certainly been delivered.

They'll have no choice but to release the funds back to you at this point.

This whole situation stinks but if the item has now been 'delivered' then the dispute is no longer valid and they will have to release the funds back to you!

    NDS should be banned!

Here's hoping this cunt gets it dropped right on his head. AssemblerGames ban is obligatory, hopefully an eBay and paypal ban wont go amiss either.

Borman should surely win this dispute now. I just hope this guy doesn't start a new dispute. Claiming "not as described" or some other nonsense. :(

Luckily, I took plenty of pictures, and video even (which I need to edit sometime). And on top of that, Ebay won't allow it, so I should be in the clear, although I won't feel totally safe until the claim period (45 days now?) is totally up.

Once a dispute is closed I don't believe you can open a second dispute.

Just so it's on public record, the unit worked fine (not that he has challenged that so far)
