I don't have any exclusive stuff, but I've got a big collection (~26 gigs) of development stuff (tech docs - official and unofficial, SDKs, game source code, disassemblies, etc. Lots of freeware and official stuff) that I've gathered over the past year. It's pretty well organized, except for some of the freeware technical documents that I haven't put in the right place yet. I'd also be willing to contribute financially.
