NES/FAMICOM -CLONE- (trying to change pads)

Hi, I have a noac console. My questions is...¿Could I change the pads from that system and replace them for an originals nes pads?¿The wire colors are the same as nes? I mean:

1. +5VDC Supply
2. ?
3. ?
4. GND
5. CLK
6. Latch
7. Data out

I think it's the same. Your clone is a discrete model which can actually accept a real Famicom CPU + PPU.
