What cable are you using? S-video, composite, or component?
Are you using a particular mode on your tv? Like game, video, or dvd?

Does this happen for all xbox games and emulators as well?

im using a component cable and its just the standard tv mode.

this happens with surreal 64 ce b5.5 emulator, but only happens when i look for a game. once i play it, it looks fine.

as for the PCSXbox, when i load up the emulator its all fine and good quality, but once i play a game it does what you see in the picture above.

My sega and nes emulators work perfect and my games are good too.

I think you had to stretch the video to fit your screen, it has been a while though.
