Sorry if this is the wrong section, feel free to remove this thread or do anything you want with it ^^ hehe
Well, I found something really rare on ebay, it's a prototype of Earthworm Jim 3D (I'm a big fan of the game series) for the PAL N64.
    http://www.ebay.de/itm/NINTENDO-64-E...ht_1436wt_1189

It is really expensive, but maybe a few of you guys can put some money together for buying it.

BTW, I once had an account here, but I think I forgot the mail I registered with and so I just opened a new one. Good to be back ^_^

It says it is near retail or retail, not much to see with that one probably. Not enough for me personally to take the chance anyway

I was thinking it might be only with the different hud, but that's just an idea. But even if there's only this difference, it's still too expensive in my opinion!

I grew up a huge EWJ fan, I might grab that. I'll have to sell off a guitar, but 3 is too many anyway. Anyone want an Epiphone SG? haha.
Yeah I'm artsy as shit, can't you tell by how tight my pants are?

I sold that exact cart on this forum for around £70. I remember because I was the one who put the blue sticker on it (I was selling about 10 carts at the time)!

alright I see, so is it any different to the final version? To be honest, EWJ 3 is my least favourite of the game series, but I'm such a big fan of Jim, I just would like to have a sneak peek into the gameplay of this cartridge. ^_^

I can't remember exactly but I don't think it's as close to final as he thinks it is!

I had 2 carts with EWJ 3D data t the time... This was by far the least interesting off the 2 ;-)

Ahhh Earthworm Jim 3D. A perfect example of a series that should never have gone 3D!

I think I've already mentioned on assembler that EJ3D was my most sough-after object :P

well, nina, figure that I know the seller, he's even on assemblergames and he filmed me a footage of some gameplay of this cartridge. actually we aren't lucky 'cause the prototype is almost the same if not the same as the final version. this is the footage about the proto:

Hey kliff, is it possible for you to perhaps make a ROM out of the prototype you own? I'd definitely would love to go hands on with it. I've been eyeing on EWJ 3D for over the past 14 or so years.

Kiff doesn't own the prototypes, they were sold years ago... I own one and then there's the one on ebay, both came from Kiff
