Where can I get some cartridge headers from?

Hi. Where can I find:

• Sony PlayStation 1 Parallel Port expansion slot headers
• Gameboy cartridge headers
• Amiga 500 expansion slot headers

I remember someone showing me where I can get the PS1 PIO headers from on Digi-Key, but sadly, I lost the link :(

Ive got one of these and maybe we can modify it (Im gonna use it for a HB hardware project, reading classic GB cards)

After searching my search history and bookmarks, "FX2-68S-1.27DSL" came out. What I recall is that its not a perfect fit, but if the pitch is right, maybe a chinese factory can change a bit of the layout or for small volumes a do-it-uself mod is maybe posible.

Please be aware that its proberbly NOT the right pincount and size. Formfactor is almost right.

Well if I need to order some for PSIO, then it does look like I will have to get some custom made. All I can see is that Sony has changed the ends to be vertically straight. It should still fit. Dunno. I will have to order some for the prototype and run it on a ribbon cable.

The Amiga expansion slot seems like a type of PC/104 http://www.harwinasia.com/M20-610-co...ch-family.html

The Amiga 500 one is just a standard right angle female pin header. Probably 2.54mm pitch

When DX is out of stock DTW happens to have some. so they are not completly the same. Connector is same supplier.

None of them replied back.

A bit stuck trying to find the PSX PIO connectors for PSIO. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have access to a 3d printer nearby ? maybe you can make it that way. Im thinking of making a 3d file and send it over to school (They have one)
and salvage some pins from pciports or cardreaders. Its not premade, it may not be pretty, but maybe if we make a file and it works, can send that to a chinese factory for mass production (maybe minimal orders like 1000) (ow snap, then they will rebuild your PIO fpga device and we have fakes... damm)

But srsly, ill take another deep google search soon for you, and design maybe a connector to be printed (1 september im close to school again.)
But maybe you can try it yourself aswell (we dont live closeby ;) )

Thanks CodeAsm! No need to get it 3D printed. I will try to see if a factory can replicate it for me.
Problem is though, it will cost a lot of money, and that will increase the overall cost of PSIO which I don't want to really do.

I will see what I can do, but any help, links or advice would be greatly appreciated :)
At the moment, all the companies I ask keep saying they can not make it.

If I cant get the female Sony PIO port made, then I am afraid PSIO will have to be soldered manually to the PSX mother/mainboard.
No big deal for some people, but those who are lazy and dont know how to solder or that do not want to open their console will not touch the thing.
