Rare U.S. Resident Evil 3 PS1 Uncensored Flying Heads Gameplay

This RARE PS1 version of the U.S. Resident Evil 3 (that was uploaded by Hcloud13 before taken out) has uncensored content which includes flying zombie heads after being kicked by Jill. The flying kicked heads were never shown and censored on later PS1 release, Dreamcast release, or PC versions in U.S. (Except U.S. Gamecube versions and all Japanese console releases) As you can see, my copies for PS1 I got are censored. If your U.S. PS1 versions are uncensored and have flying-zombie-heads-kicked-off-by-Jill, speak up and rip your copies into ISO so that every RE3 fans including me can play this uncut original masterpiece. Note that you never actually see the flying heads and English text in one seamless clip, so even though it looks legit I'd question the legitimacy of the video. I my self am still sceptical as much as I want to believe it, he very well might have swapped the game over for the Japanese version and just edited the two together. As much as I would like to play the English version without censorship it's not proof enough for me to go out buying copies of the retail game in hopes of finding it, something I might very well had done had the video actually showed English text and flying heads without transitions. Of course the video might actually be real, but from what I've seen and the very small number of people who claim to have it but fail to show it, I'm still sceptical.

This clip you see is the real original disc version of the U.S. RE3 which Hcloud13 had. I can assure you, it's no hack.

I never said it was a hack. What I said was he might have recorded both the US version and the JPN version from his PS3 and just edited the two together in a video editing program to make it look like its coming from the same disc. I really do want it to be true and I don't want to suggest that he faked the video, but I find it surprising that only one person claims to have it and NOBODY else in the community knows about it let alone is capable of posting a video that irrefutably proves that it exists. Even this video proves nothing because you don't see English text and flying heads in the same scene, nor do you see him physically put the disc in his machine and play from start to finish, it leaves more questions than it gives answers. And Hcloud13 has already told you on another forum that he faked the video and used the GameCube version which IS uncensored, so you really should be questioning the video you're looking at as much as you or I might want it to be real.

Hcloud13 was mad and annoyed or sometimes selfish (Maybe I was selfish too, we're all selfish sometimes anyway, I've made a horrible mistake to Hcloud13, I bet he still mad at me...), go back to the video and move to the video line at 7:33, and you'll notice something on the upper-right corner. You will see a PS3 user name in the black box while the zombie's head rolls. He wasn't playing a Gamecube version. The other guy named Nemesis3 from biohaze also has kicked flying heads on his US PS1 version of RE3.

Yes I already noticed the user online notifications. Like I say I'd like to believe it's real and don't want to suggest the video is fake, but you never know, it's not difficult to slap something like that together. Even with this video the rest of the community still seemed unconvinced. I my self will believe when I actually see English text and flying heads without transitions, there are objects in that area which can be clicked on and will display the text proving which region the game is from. That's not to doubt Hcloud13 and I appreciate him taking the time to upload the video, but the video doesn't make me want to go out and risk spending money on something which very well might not even exist, in which case I would be wasting my money. If someone does have this copy there are ways they can give absolute proof, this video for me unfortunately isn't one of them.

If it is real I would like to try hunting it down but I'm not prepared to do that untill I see absolute proof. I hope people can appreciate that I'm not going to spend the time and money buying and selling multiple copies of RE3 because of a rumour. I know my self that I have the capabilities to fake that video, that's not to say it is fake but I know that I could do it if I wanted to. I want to see more before I go ahead and take a huge gamble, I want to see heads flying off and English text in one scene where edits are hard to make consistent, if people have the game and it's just a bog standard retail disc nobody gives a crap about I don't see the problem in someone doing that, especially if it means something to the RE community. There's no need to be evasive about it, unless it's a pre release copy or something they're not allowed to discuss, or unless they're telling fibs.

The PS1 US version has always been uncensored, with flying heads and with the decapitation of a zombie in the hospital hall done by an Hunter.
Unlike the Pal version, that has been censored.
We have flying heads on Pal gamecube version (except the german version,that has white blood with flashing zombies that disappear once they are killed), but I don't remember exactly the decapitation scene, maybe it was still censored.

I believe what Hcloud13 has done is right! After he showed us zombie decapiation kick by Jill, he removed the disc without editing the video and without turning off the TV! He showed us the Full U.S. version of RE3 Nemesis disc! He was going to show his playthrough of his version, but thanks to you jerks, my "Resident Evil 3 Censorship Revised" topic on THIA is LOCKED with the words from Darkmoon, "This thread is tainted by untold failure. It is also closed". I think Darkmoon is right! You guys from THIA should be ashamed of yourselves! If you had trust Hcloud13 after the video he showed you "Hcloud13 presents his worst video ever" Youtube video and not fight over, joking, and saying that his version is a fake, none of this would've happened! You guys ruined our only chance to play the Final U.S. Uncensored PS1 version of Resident Evil 3 Nemesis!
