My EverDrive MD isn't working HELP!

Hey guys,
I got my EverDrive MD today in the mail. But it's not working or maybe I've done something wrong.
The MAIN problem is that when it says its copying the loading bar just freezes and red light goes off.
Some roms have copied/flashed, but then I just get a black screen.

My Hardware:
Mega Drive 1 PAL (Model No.1601-05) Modded with RCA output.
EverDrive MD (OS Ver.29 - Firmware Ver.13 - Assembly Date 27.02.2012)
SanDisk SDHC 8GB
ADATA SD 1GB

ROMS:
GoodGen v.3.0 [GoodMerged] [7-Zipped] [5.871 Genesis - MegaDrive - 32X Known Games] Full Roms' Set

The flash cartridge is in a cartridge shell.
I've disabled Hard Reset in the options.
I've formatted the sd cards on windows 7 (FAT32)
I've formatted the sd cards on the EverDrive
I've renamed the ROM file to .bin and removed symbols, [!] ect.
I've "Safely Removed" SD card from PC
I've tested original Sega Cartridges in the console which work fine

Tried all of the above and nothing has worked, am I doing something wrong or missing anything? Or is this EverDrive broken?
Can I fix it?

Any help would gratefully appreciated, I'm so gutted it's not working

EDIT: Same problem with SMS roms

1) try to enable "genny3 mode" optrion
2) try to use another SD card

turn off the auto back up sram option off that might help as iv had afew problems like that using the latest firmware....

I already tried that and it didn't work, but thanks for the suggestion. I'm gonna send it to Krikzz today.

noticed your trying to load .gen files try a .bin rom also update the OS to ver.35

Wow i just updated my os to v33 just this week and now there is a v35 is it avalible for download and for that matter how did i miss v34. Also i have some .gen files on my card which has v33 and they work just fine.

Anyway I've sent the EverDrive to him now so I cant try anything else. I'm just hoping it gets to the Ukraine from UK... I sold my copy of Deep Fear for Saturn to pay for this amazing piece of kit, so if it gets lost in the mail I will be even more depressed.

Also I got the YLOD on my ps3 recently and my Saturn is showing a pink/purple screen but I still get sound...
Arghh, I'm having the worst luck with video games at the moment.

had that week myself when my minty mint neo geo cdz went tits up and it cost £300 to replace it but that's the one and only downside to this hobby we have if things go tits up your own 9 times out of 10 :( lol.....

I got my EverDrive in the mail today from Krikzz, and its working perfectly!
Excellent service, thanks Krikzz.
Also repaired my PS3, so very happy atm.
