okay, so i put sid 5 and the splinter cell saves on my mem stick and then moved to xbox, when i press checkpoint, the screen goes black and my ring light on the xbox goes orange, red, green really fast flashing.
any ideas what to do?

okay, i tried sid 5.11 and that gave me red to green lights with some error message, and then i tried krayze's 1.1 installed which went black screen but didn't give me any flashing lights
tried using sid 2.0 and that didn't work either. it gave me a solid orange light with a black screen
can someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4.5 SID does the same thing as 2.0. can someone please help
You ever think about installing a modchip? So much easier and nicer if you ask me.

Hotswap is your next method then. Various tutorials on the internet to do it, the only issue is you might loose your original dash as most hotswap methods overwrite it, which can be fixed through FTP, but since you're having trouble with the savegame exploit I wouldn't be sure.
However just be careful doing a hotswap, my best solution is to use an old PC do it.
XBOX modding is pretty fail safe, as a modchip can fix all problems. If you cannot install one (myself included) pay someone to do it. An XBOX modchip is $7 by the way.
