http://www.redcl0ud.com/xbcd.html - for Windows 98/2k/XP. I don't know if it will work under Windows 7 or not but I see some Google results suggesting it will.

You'll find the drivers for the memory card in the Action Replay folder after you install the Action Replay software. Keep in mind it is probably not going to work by default under Vista or Windows 7.

My feedback thread, since it seems somewhat difficult for people to find.

Probably have to run XP unless there is something out there I'm unaware of. I installed Virtual PC that Microsoft offers as well as "Windows XP Mode" to run it as a VM. Works for most legacy applications like this.

Google is your friend. Anger over not being able to use a XBox controller on your computer will not.

Also keep in mind that Micorosft's VM requires Windows 7 professional or Ultimate to function. Otherwise you can get something like VMWare but you'll have to install XP from scratch. Keep in mind if you even had the original Action Replay USB cable you'd still have to deal with finding a way to use XP.

Not everything in the world is automatically done for you. You have to "attach" the controller and then it will detect it. The option is under a tab near the top labeled USB. You'll probably find the controller listed as "Unknown Device" or something. After you attach it it should be detected by XP and you'll have to feed it drivers.

You'll probably continue to have difficulties as this stuff doesn't always work the first time and can take some tinkering for the odd reason.
