    RIP Adam Yauch

    Adam Yauch, better known as MCA of the Beastie Boys, has died after losing his battle with cancer.

    RIP Adam - I'm not one for rap personally, but the Beastie Boys were quite inspirational - and very listenable!

    my eyes actually watered when i got the news earlier today... i grew up listening to these guys... he will be missed.

    Same here... Couldn't believe it when i read the news. I'm a Beastie Boys fan ever since the first time i heard "You Gotta Fight for Your Right To Party".

    Plus he was only 47. That makes it even sadder.

    Yes, it's sad, I love the Beastie Boys and License to Ill and Paul's Boutique are such classic albums.
